T2a Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the t2a platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out here.

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the t2a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and t2a as the platform operator.
Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The t2a platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. t2a reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the t2a platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. t2a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to maintain account integrity. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. t2a will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the2a support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
- Using automated software, bots or third-party tools to manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Taking any action intended to defraud the system or gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers in a manner that contravenes the applicable terms
- Ensuring all personal information provided is accurate and kept up to date
- Complying with all laws and regulations applicable in your location
- Using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Report any technical bugs or security vulnerabilities to t2a
- Taking responsibility for all activities carried out through your account
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All transactions on the t2a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time. Current limits can be checked in the finance section of your account after logging in.
T2a accepts range of local payment methods including online bank transfers, supported e-wallets and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use belongs to you. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
All withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to the required verification process. t2a reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or that is inconsistent with platform policy. Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
T2a Liability Limits
T2a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss or financial losses not directly caused by t2a's negligence. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and t2a makes no guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
T2a reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from legal authorities, or at the platform's discretion for security reasons. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any claimable balance will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, interface designs, text and software found on the t2a platform are the exclusive property of t2a or the respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any platform assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent from t2a.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
The t2a platform may contain references to third-party services.2a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services. Such links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement or approval by t2a.
T2a reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Malaysian legal procedures.
